When you sign up with us for full Airbnb management, we list your property on our very own direct booking website, along with up to 10 other STR platforms.
Our simple management fee includes GST and is calculated on the owner’s payout plus the cleaning fee.

Service Two:

Pricing Management Only - 8%

There’s no lock-in or termination period with this, you can try it out for as long or short as you like. Every owner we’ve taken over pricing management for has seen a noticeable increase in revenue shortly after - all without changing how they manage the rest of their property.
